LET US HELP YOU HELP THEM!

MSNF was created by Maddie Pettigrosso following her fourth daughter Victoria’s traumatic illness. Victoria, who was born a normal healthy 6.5 lb baby, began experiencing multiple seizures at the age of eighteen months old causing her to regress to a three month old baby. At this point she became a special needs little girl. The doctors informed the family that Victoria may never walk or talk. Maddie refused to believe that there was no hope and began her life-long therapy journey with Victoria and by doing so she believes that no child should go without special treatments and services because of the family’s financial situation. Although our organization strives to help all children with special needs, families must be eligible for our support. MSNF became a registered charity in 2015 with a dedicated mission to support underprivileged children in accessing the specialized therapies, treatments, and services they need. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for children with special needs by helping families overcome financial barriers to essential care.
Through the generous support of individuals, businesses, organizations, and foundations, we are able to continue creating meaningful opportunities for children to grow, develop, and thrive.
Our Mission
We support underprivileged children with special needs by covering the full cost of essential therapies, so every child can reach their full potential.
MSNF relies on generous donors like you to fund ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy. Even one hour of therapy per week can make a meaningful difference.
Your support helps low-income families access the care their children deserve.

Long wait times for diagnosis and therapy can delay the support your child needs. Early intervention is critical, but private services — often costing up to $150 per hour — can be financially overwhelming for families.
MSNF helps bridge the gap by providing access to essential therapies and support services so children can receive the care they deserve, sooner

Helping your child find their voice
Speech therapy helps children communicate their thoughts, needs, and feelings through engaging, supportive activities.
Why this matters: Communication allows your child to connect with others and be understood.
Who this helps: Children with speech delays, language difficulties, or social communication challenges.
Parent quote: “Hearing my child express themselves was a moment we’ll never forget.”

Helping everyday tasks feel easier
Occupational therapy helps children develop skills for daily activities such as dressing, eating, playing, and learning.
Why this matters: Everyday skills help your child feel confident, capable, and included.
Who this helps: Children who need support with sensory processing, fine motor skills, or daily routines.
Parent quote: “Simple daily tasks became moments of pride instead of frustration.”

Helping your child learn and thrive
ABA therapy supports children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills using positive, individualized strategies.
Why this matters: Learning practical skills helps your child gain independence and confidence in everyday situations.
Who this helps: Children who benefit from structured support with behavior, communication, and daily routines.
Parent quote: “ABA helped my child understand the world and feel more successful every day.”
